Fees follow the number of meters, billing cycles, and whether a site visit is required — not a subscription ladder.
Pricing is informational. There is no online checkout. After you share statements and site details, we confirm a fixed fee for the engagement in writing.

Multi-account portfolios and sites with more than five active meters are quoted individually after we see the statement pack.
What moves the estimate
- Number of billing cycles and meters in scope
- Availability of interval or half-hourly data versus monthly totals only
- Need for an on-site meter-plate visit outside Penang
- Rush delivery inside five business days (when capacity allows)
- Follow-up annex revisions after the utility replies (first clarification window of 30 days is included on the flagship audit)
Deposits and payment
For engagements above RM 3,000 we may request a 40% commencement deposit, with the balance due on delivery of the findings memo. Payment methods and refund terms are described on the refunds page.
