- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
- Engagement materials you later provide (utility statements, meter registers), which may include business contact details
We do not ask for payment card numbers through this website.
Purposes
We use personal data to respond to inquiries, perform contracted billing audits, improve site performance (if analytics are accepted), and meet legal record-keeping duties in Malaysia.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer engagement relationship continues. Engagement files are retained for seven years after completion for accounting and professional reference, then deleted or anonymised where feasible.
Your rights
Subject to Malaysian personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, or limitation of processing of your personal data. Email hello@energicomms.digital with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We respond within a reasonable period.
International transfers
Our primary operations and storage are in Malaysia. If a processor outside Malaysia is used (for example email hosting), we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for the transfer.
