Acceptance

By accessing energicomms.digital or engaging EnergiComms Digital for energy usage billing audit services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission work.

Services described

Pages describing audits, rates, and processes are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope and fee. We do not provide legal representation, utility advocacy as counsel, or continuous monitoring products through this site.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and graphics are owned by EnergiComms Digital or its licensors. Findings memos delivered under an engagement are licensed to the client for use with their utility and internal stakeholders; redistribution as a commercial product is not permitted without written consent.

Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate statements, meter identifiers, and context about site events. Delays or errors caused by incomplete materials may extend timelines without reducing fees already earned for work completed.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Malaysia, EnergiComms Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from business decisions you make after receiving a findings memo. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Penang shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or engagements with EnergiComms Digital, unless a signed engagement letter specifies otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
